‘Something’s got to give’: Boston’s Mayor Michelle Wu says she supports rent control ballot measure - The Boston Globe Wu on Tuesday for the first time publicly backed a proposal that is moving toward the November ballot.

Wu is one of most vocal pols in favor of rent control. The ballot question, if Mass. voters approve it this fall, would enact the strictest rent control in the country.

“It’s not perfect. But I’m not going to let the perfect be the enemy of the good.”
