Bouvier with long beard and eyes obscured by their forelock

Our pups - clipped forelock exposing their lovely eyes and short beards that stay clean.

Despite our busy weekend, we managed to groom both pups. We groom them ourselves and changed the traditional Bouvier clip that hides their eyes and has a long beard that gets stuff in it.

If a groomer saw our pups, they’d cringe…

Two bestest friends.

I’ve had Bouviers for decades and every one of them has the same rule book wired into their genes: play outside, be a carpet indoors.

I love the combo. This is them immediately after coming inside. 🥰

I love Bouvier’s emotional intelligence.

Bouviers served in WW1 + WW2 - they were almost extinct after WW 2 because of this:
