A full day's schedule, from the 7am fun run, breakfast on arrival, and it's now session one. Starting today with Prof Dawn Skelton walking us (joke intended...) through research into walking and other types of physical activity to prevent falls.
Annual BSRA fun run to kick off day two of #BSRA2025. As we heard yesterday, lifestyle factors and the exposome influence lifelong health, so a quick 5 km before today's full schedule of talks is great to see.
