My Plant of the Day (45)
#Pinguicula gigantea is a tropical species of carnivorous plant, commonly called #butterworts. It is native to Mexico. Its flower is usually a purple colour with the occasional light blue also seen. I got this one from a plant exchange, and am only guessing at the variety.
