What I can't grasp in #CantSellMustSell who are they trying to market the properties to. A developer won't care about decor or state of kitchen or bathroom. However they won't offer top dollar as it's a business to them. I don't see a private buyer paying over odds after a bit of painting.

I really do enjoy #CantSellMustSell but cannot believe they do all the renovations in just two days. I think if they even just spread it over a week it would be more realistic. I hope they do follow ups to show how quickly afterwards the homes sold.
