Cardamom "cinnamon" buns 85% cardamom, 10% cinnamon, 5% clove. Soft with an icing sugar glaze (paçzski vodka, cardamom, cream,and butter). While the structure is more american, the flavors are Swedish/Indian.

Swedish cardamom buns. Hadn't made these for ages - the cardamom and cinnamon smell is so wonderfully festive. Like most of my bakes, it's wonky, but that doesn't impact the flavour. 😄
