Calls at 1am from CTICU insisting we dialyze a pt for resp/met acidosis d/t concern for impact on RV. I know some data suggesting RV hates acidosis (mostly animal?) but I've never dialyzed someone for this. Are people doing this routinely? #cardstwitter #nephtwitter #criticalcare

Interesting #diuresis case. Severe pHTN, was on vasopressin assisted natriuresis d/t poor renal perfusion. Weaned off and continued to diurese well w/ UNa>70 and downtrending weight. UNa started to downtrend 75->65->13 despite objective volume overload #nephtwitter #cardstwitter
