Another special ability of a Jack is reforming! Jacks can alter their entire look by magic—to reflect their superior. They can even add their own flair. If a Jack used to serve previous superiors, their form shifts into the form they took in the past (in sequential order). Depending on how many superiors they serve, the reformation will take time to complete. Once settle, they emerge with a new look!

Side Jacks are the only one who will not reform to compliment their superior. Instead—they don on uniform modelled after the Jack who does reform for said superior. Because they did not reform, their symbols remain glowing.

In Cardverse (concept made by me!), Jacks are the fourth in their social hierarchy—just underneath Aces, “Mock” Rulers and the Rulers of the Four Suites. They are made to be personal assistants and are often seen next to their superior. They are weak in battle despite sharing the same ability of wielding a weapon. Jacks are a protected class—which is why they only work under a capable superior to keep them safe.

Jacks bear the “J” symbol along with the suite they belong to. Like other Cardlings, they have two markings—the other being on the opposite end or elsewhere—and is inverted. However, Jacks never have their rank markings displayed on their face—as it risks being easily identifiable. Their markings are usually hidden underneath clothing or accessories.

Jacks emerged fully mature from their core, like other Cardlings alike. However, unlike the rest who took form in their own clothing—Jacks formed into a standard leotard-like attire. Their markings are also the only one which glows. They will fade once they reform under a superior—creating a bond between them. If a superior decides to no longer have the Jack work for them, they can sever the bond and the markings return to glow.

As a safeguarded class—Jacks are sent to a Jack Academy where they are sheltered and trained by Aces—specialised in shaping them to become future competent companions. This will also be where they return once they are of no service to an upper class. For a Jack, the highest rank is to be the “Royal Jack” where they will personally serve the Rulers of the Four Suites. Another option is to be a Side Jack which takes on domestic roles; such as castle maids or caretakers. Side Jacks are assigned under the Ruler of the Realm or a “Mock” Ruler, under the safety of the castle.

Infographic pertaining information about the Ace rank in the Cardverse Universe (concept by me). Aces are third in hierarchy after The Rulers of the Four Suites and Mock” Rulers. They are regarded as elites amongst the society.

Like all Cardlings, Aces bear two markings that identify their rank and suite—one of the marking is inverted. Their symbol is an “A” followed by their suite. Aces also acquire a persona mask or emblems with a design that features their rank—to boost their flair.

Because most Aces are tall and intimidating—they are usually given positions of authority towards those of smaller ranks. A One of (Suite) is considered the same value as an Ace. But, they may have less privilege than a pure Ace.

Because Aces are deemed as elites—ideal figures for Cardling kind to look up to—they have standards they must upkeep. When they fail, they are considered “defective “ and can be treated lesser than the lower ranked class. They also lose their privilege and image. Because of this, they can be sent to specialist Aces that will help reshape them back into respected figures.

General information about Cardlings but this one introduces the secret core; the Pleasure Core which is responsible in invoking the feelings of pleasure for one another. It is also useful to send signals to the Heart Core to release half of its energy—to create another core—which will take form into a Cardling—essentially creating a child of their own.

Pleasurable acts they can get from each other in forms of causing vibrations or tremors to the Pleasure Core. These includes grinding each other or humping which stimulates their Cores in close contact. Some can also be the giver, and the other a receiver. This depends from Cardling to Cardling.

They can also “penetrate” their partners’ Pleasure Core. This act is pretty much the peak of their intimacy acts as it is directly touching the very core. Poly relationships can work as well! 💖💖💖

Through Pleasure Cores is how a Cardling couple can also create a Cardling of their own! If both parents consent, they can send a signal to their Heart Core respectively—to release half of its energy/life—and this will result in a core being made. This core—after enough time—will then take form into a fully matured Cardling. These Cardlings will take the rank and suite of their lower value parent. For example: If a 10 of Spades has a child with a 4 of Diamonds, their child will be a 4 of Diamonds because Diamonds are a lower suite than Spades—even when 4 is higher value than 10. If a 4 of Hearts has a child with an Ace of Clubs, their child will be a 4 of Hearts as 4 is lesser value than an Ace—despite Hearts being a higher hierarchy than Clubs.

In Cardverse, the Rulers of the Four Suites are the top of Cardling (species concept by me) society.

Next to Rulers are the “Mock” Rulers. They are created like any other Cardlings. They govern specific region, while the the Ruler of the Suite reigns over the land as a whole.

Difference in markings being that a Ruler of the Suite has their letter (rank) bigger than their suite symbol, while a “Mock” has their suite symbol bigger than their letter (rank).

Rulers of the Four Suites are the only beings created by the four stones respectively. These orbs are called the Orb of the Four Suites and they wield different but very powerful capabilities. Only Rulers can control these stones.

Cardlings, (a species)concept by me) can summon one type of weapon from thin air, materialized by their magic.

Some Cardlings aren’t able to summon their weapon. Instead, they can conjure a type or level of illusion.

Cardlings can also turn items into cards. These ability are only available for 13 cards at a time.

They also have amazing healing abilities. These are mostly due to their purpose.
