Space Oddity by Catherynne M. Valente Book 61 of 2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So much of this made me laugh, and it all wrapped up in an extremely satisfying way. Valente is a hilarious writer (the “Douglas Adams on a sugar high” quote on the book cover is spot on); my only disappointment (and it’s not with the book) is that I was busy enough at last spring’s Norwescon where she was a guest of honor that I barely crossed paths with her and didn’t get to say how much I enjoy her work.
