A bike takes a rest at the top of a hill looking out over a field of wheat and the woodlands beyond.

Instead of being a #fat & #lonely #cellardweller, I got my #mountainbike out and headed for the countryside.
It took a lot of mental effort, and I'm still lonely (and it's now raining), but I think it's an important step.
It's peaceful.

I thought we were going to listen to #CellarDweller eat for the entirety of the closing credits.
