I think my historic indifference to side couples stems entirely from the #CherryMagic cat couple. No matter the incarnation I find them dull and unnecessary.

Kurosawa falls for Adachi over a length of time, maybe even years. Adachi is down bad after, like, a month. #CherryMagic takes place from October to Christmas or Valentine's Day counting the special episode. I guess being able to read someone's thoughts would accelerate things.
