I consume on average two rotisserie chickens weekly. The one I got Friday was in the little plastic shell upside down. I never noticed, until I went to split the breast with a knife and the legs fell off.

Popeyes is definitely my favorite. And if I'm in NC, it's Bojangles.
But my very first recollection of outside the house chicken was the 2piece breast & leg, potatoes&gravy,slaw,biscuit meal from a KFC in Winston Salem w/my Pops. 1972 probably. Never ever sleep on KFC. It's great.
