M'chiyo and Ikhi'a would have liked kids but after M'chiyo 's transformation she is very unlikely to be able to. It doesn't happen for them. They do eventually adopt some kids though, Ikhi'a being an orphan, it was something he really wanted to do.
My husband is a genius, so #Chikhi will be the tag we'll use with stuff specifically related to M'chiyo x Ikhi'a :)
