Simmered Sweet Potato and Chikuwa
Chikuwa is a tube-shaped Japanese fish cake with hollow in the middle. I cooked sliced sweet potatoes and chikuwas with honey and a bit of salt. Don’t forget squeezing some lemon or lime as a final touch.

Soba, Buckwheat Noodles with Tempura
The tempuras are mixed vegetables and cilantro. I also added the fried chikuwa, Japanese style fish cake. The cilantro’s tempura is my favorite. It’s unbelievably tasty.
