Our small nature pond still isn't finished this is a tiny budget project so waiting on bricks and stones. The pond is viewed from under a stone fruit tree, the blossom can be seen in the top right corner and across the pond the eye is drawn to a couple of rescued plants in pots one looks to be a type of grass and the other a type of bamboo or something along those lines.

Our new resilience garden project which shows a small space produce garden it is very much a new project we have in the foreground a large pot of new potatoes and a smaller square planter sown with ruby red Chard seeds.

The progress of the mulch circle from the other angle half of this was today's work. The tree is perhaps so tall before a branch as it once stood next to an old church perhaps it chased the sun round the building as it grew. Beyond tree there stands a double swingset and the old vicarage.

It's a sunny day in a neat tidy church garden. There's an oak tree in the distance. It's a midsized garden. Planters to the foreground and a neat enough lawn for midmarch in north west UK. Little paved paths run off in two directions.

A wheelbarrow is laden with hydrangea deadheads. It is on a scrappy lawn by a brown picket fence, behind the fence we can just make out a long pile after this the dividing fence to another property. Against this stands mature trees.

Crocus poke through the scrappy lawn. They are purple and lilac.
