横浜元町に行くと必ず寄る1888年(明治21年)創業のウチキパン。
ホップを使った発酵種の山型食パン イングランドが定番ですが、こちらはレーズンとシナモンシュガーが入ったタイプ。

立たせられないくらい柔らかくてフカフカ、明日の朝食にいただきます。
