#ClairesKnee (1970, Éric Rohmer) is one of the strangest filmic experiences. It should be repulsive and abhorrent (and the subject matter is indeed just that), but the film is also incredibly engaging from start to finish. A lens on the perversions of man, captured in the most beautiful way.
