A 4 inch (~99mm) round patch with a black background and white outer stitching. The patch has white text around the top saying OPERATION REVIVAL and CLAN GHOST BEAR around the bottom. In the center of the patch is a simplistic white and black cartoon Ghost Bear head eating the Rasalhague crest (a snake/serpent), while a grey Star League logo is off to the left, and a red Clans logo is off to the right. There is some overlapped stitching in spots, as well as loose/inconsistent stitching around the edge. The patch is sitting on a light grey/dark grey work surface to illustrate the scale.
Today's prototype is in honor of the new MW5 Clans expansion. Happy with the general design, but need to polish up the Ghost Bear, the Rhasalhague head, and adjust the outer stitching to fit better. The mouth is over stitched and needs simplifying.
