I had such a blast running the #ColderBoulder 5K with my dad this morning. We ran a good, steady race today and the weather and course were great. Proud to run in the colors for @teamphhope.bsky.social (My dad is wearing our original t-shirt!) #LetMeBeYourLungs

Of course you've heard of the #BolderBoulder 10-K, which takes place in May. But did you know that the #ColderBoulder 5-K will take place this Saturday? 3671 runners have entered, and the winners receive "cold medals."
