The previously torn-in-two family portrait of the Mann Family from Team Fortress 2, with the center of the image repaired. The previously cut-out figure standing in the center of the portrait is revealed to be none other than the notorious individual, Dr. W.D. Gaster of Undertale and Deltarune.

This was the craziest reveal with the end of the tf2 comics. After all these years we finally learned who the cut-out member of the family portrait REALLY was, and I'm honestly still at a loss for words.
Bravo, Valve. Bravo.

Heavy and Medic from Team Fortress 2 standing with their arms wrapped around each other, face forward and smiling. Both of them are wearing Hanukkah sweaters.

JUST FINISHED TF2 #COMIC7
all said and done, i liked it
i feel like it was too hasty to tie up perceived loose ends and didn't do any of them justice, mostly dedicated to fan servicey stuff that i'm not totally against. i give it a certified rating of "so very glad it exists at all/10"

When the administrator said "I still crave it" in comic 6, we now know that she wasn't referring to Australium, which she only came to learn about later in life. Given that we now know that she reanimated Zephaniah Mann and forced him to watch all of the his two sons battling over worthless land for over a century, what she "craved" every since she was a little girl was revenge against Zephaniah, which is made repeatedly clear when we see her in the flashback sequence. But what did she want revenge for?

Given the 3 different title cards showing young administrator mourning over a man and woman wearing Victorian-age clothing, the most likely explanation is that Zephaniah killed her parents as a child. The image of young administrator seen in the reflection of the australium shows her angry while crying, which lines up with these title cards.

Given that it's been so long that she also doesn't remember what actually caused her to hate Zephaniah so much, the alternate title cards might represent her loss of memory over time, misconstruing what had actually happened that made her life spiral into a centuries-long scheme of revenge against the Mann family.

This particular image is interesting because the blueprints also suggest a relation to the Connagher family, who we know at this point had been contracted specifically *by* the administrator in order to prolong their lives, showing how this centuries-long feud also roped in and hurt other, unrelated parties, such as the time that Blutarch Mann exhumed Radigan Conagher's grave in order to give Dell his blueprints.

For those of you unsatisfied with the comic's ending, I believe I understand it. Check the alt text on the pictures here (spoilered, for obvious reasons):
