I think I merged the photoshop file for fake spell "Phantasmal Elation" rank 6 divine/occult spell, favoured by Calistria and no other deities. I'm not typing it all out again, but basically you try to make someone jizz themselves constantly for an hour unless they save. Like those phone controlled vibrators but it's magic!
