This was a pretty good #cookingwithpaddy. Lasagne. Pig cheeks from SMP, fennel, miraproix, cider & stock in the ragu. Cheddar & parm with bechamel. Buttered greens. Rather good (ron) burgundy

A pretty standard #cookingwithpaddy- bavette from SM Pinegar, some sharp & salty salad and a bit of baguette. Also some gorgeous silly, fruity red, which really was good.

A labour intensive but lovely #cookingwithpaddy. Leftover roast lamb with anchovy and herbs + bit more leg + miraproix + wine & stock. Cheese mash. Greens with chilli & feta. Australian red. Shepherd's pie. YUM #winning
