This meme references a scene in Invincible. In the top panel Mark (labelled as "Radiants") says "How do you handle the ethical implications of your powers?" In the bottom panel, Nolan (labelled as "Mistborn") says "That's the neat part, we don't."
Two worlds, same author. _Wildly_ different combinations of ethics and magic.
The top one is based on oaths. The bottom is genetic + some trauma to activate it.
