Lonnie Sparks, a bullied comic book artist, finally agrees in a sinister duet with his creation Electro to let the electrokinetic supernatural villain take control of his body and wreak havoc on a dance his peers will be attending- something Electro is more than happy to do.

The bad news is Electro has paid his creator Lonnie yet another visit to convince him to fry his tormentors alive… the worse news is Lonnie’s actually listening to him now.
