Separated bike lanes on the improved roads would be great!
I commuted Waterloo to Floradale for by bike sharing roads with no shoulders with heavy vehicles at high speeds. Yuck, but the beautiful parts was the Trans Canada Trail to Health Valley Trail to to Three Bridges Rd #cyclewr
