Today I bore witness to a truly fiery sunrise and whilst this can often indicate rough weather ahead, that would be worth the price for such a beautiful spectacle. Deep reds, pinks, and purples set afire by the coming light of dawn. Vast clouds stained with color and splendor as they reach for the other side of the world. Truly a vaulted sky, like walking beneath a great dome splashed by Pollock. Alas, I wasn’t able to capture any images that even remotely convey this panorama, but music is always a better descriptor for me anyway.
