The bracelet is made of white dragon leather and is shaped like a white dragon's tail using the 2025 design: stocky, with a crest of dense, long-keeled scales along the top and a club-like structure at the tip. The thicker end has a toggle loop of sinew held in place by sinew stitching and a bone grommet, and the tip end has a netsuke-like bone toggle catch carved with spiky keels that would fit through that loop, held in place by forked tabs and two bone grommets. The leather is embossed with short, staggered lines representing the dragon's shorter-keeled scales. The leather's color is extremely pale blue with near-white scale beds. On the back, near the toggle loop, is embossed Starcur's maker's mark, which is a four-pointed star over a stylized wolf's pawprint. A side diagram of the catch shows that the back is flat and the "near" side has a hollow carved out where forked tabs insert around a central strut. The bottom-most illustration is one of the bracelet being worn on a pale person's wrist, showing its proportions in use; it's about 2.5 inches wide at its widest part and 13.5 inches long, making it big enough to wrap fully around an average man's wrist with overlap. This is a personal design and may not be reused or sold.
