So, the early morning #disgorging with a temperature of -3°C went like clockwork; quite cool to see this almost perfectly intact frozen yeast plug from one of the bottles (they usually disintegrate on impact with the ground)!

A new chiller on the way to TeePee Cider to chill the riddled cider down to 5C prior to disgorging. This reduces the loss of cider.
