I've made some decent progress on this
Have an update post
Ditched the bike tire in the front, now just 2 20x7-8 ATV tires
Still 3hp, still ~100 miles of range
But I think it looks a bit cleaner now

Met this gentleman outside a shop. He has customized a late 60s Vespa seat (special because of the springs he told me) and a front leg cover for he and his wife to be more comfortable on his folding Ebike.

Packed it with foam
Moistened
Glued
It’s resting clamped now right side up to fill the cavity flat to the hole.
Feeling good about this.

So Testlauf beendet und äußerst zufrieden abgeschlossen.
Tatsächlich ist außer etwas klappern der Anhänger gar nicht zu bemerken, ob Straße oder Singletrail.
Und optisch macht sich das Teil auch noch gut (unbeladen 🙈)
Jetzt noch meine Modifikationen und ich bin wieder voll mobil
