Weighed out and portioned an expensive Costco pack of ground beef into several 1.5 lb packages and got them into the freezer. #doingshit

Accomplished a couple of items on the to-do list! Microwave was embarrassingly filthy, is now clean. Property taxes needed paying so that is done—and I got my hands on some good pecans and roasted them. #doingshit
