【衝撃】DrainSim、排水シミュレーションが予想外の没入感！水路設計で街を救え - AIゲームまとめ 「DrainSim」は、CodePeasが開発した浸水した市街地を復旧するシミュレーションゲームである。 プレイヤーは「排水おじさん」となり、リアルな物理シミュレーションに基づいた水の挙動を読み解きながら、冠水した地区を復旧させていく。 ゲームは「水をどこからどこへ逃がすか」を考える排水パズルであり、地形の高低差や掘った溝の深さ、ポンプの設置位置などが水の流れ方に影響を与える。 プレイヤーは熊手、バケツ、シャベル、送水ポンプなど様々な道具を駆使し、排水口のゴミを取り除いたり、地面を掘って傾斜を作ったり、ポンプで水を川や湖へ送水したりすることで水位を下げる。 ミッション前にはブリーフィングで現場の状況が示され、所持金の範囲内で持ち込む装備を選ぶ「ロードアウト」の工程がある。 どの道具をどれだけ持っていくかで攻略方針が大きく変わり、地形を読んで水路を設計し、ポンプの位置を調整することで効率的に排水できる。 昼夜サイクルも存在し、夜間作業ではフラッドライトと発電機の配置が重要となる。 限られた予算内で何を優先するかという判断が、ステージの難易度を左右する。 派手さはないものの、水路を設計し、ポンプのスイッチを入れた瞬間に水が流れ出す感覚は、他のシミュレーションゲームでは味わえない独特の手応えを提供する。 お掃除系シムや物理パズル、ロジスティクスを好むプレイヤーにおすすめの一本である。
