The other one? The #DresdenFiles! Set in Chicago, Harry is a private detective who is also a wizard. He’s also under constant threat of death from the actual good guys because he took a life when he was younger. The fact that it was another wizard trying to kill him is beside the point.

Finished "Twelve Months" this morning. As someone struggling with burnout and some recent losses, I felt this book much more than expected.
It's basically a story about PTSD pretending to be an urban fantasy tale. (Not that I didn't enjoy the urban fantasy as well!)

#DresdenFiles I still think Butters should've had a conceptual idea of what a necromancer was.
"Necromancers… Wizards who control the dead... Those are real?"
Something like that. Dresden would still have to explain the reality Vs the fiction, but it works while keeping Butters' nerd cred.
