A googly-eyed / wiggly-eyed and tentacle suction-cupped bootleg / knockoff of the more simply detailed Japanese "タコ" ("Tako") = sticky octopus tumbling toy and Dr. Fad's officially licensed version "Wacky WallkWalker" [1982]. Originally invented and manufactured in Japan by an undisclosed mystery inventor and an undisclosed mystery manufacturer, it was sold as "タコ" ("Tako") = Octopus, in Japan. 白田 健 Ken Hakuta (né 백건 Kun Paik), a.k.a., "Dr. Fad", then imported and rebranded "タコ" with exclusive worldwide rights as "Wacky WallWalker" in 1982, and it became a worldwide 80's fad that transformed him into a millionaire.
