With AOL killing Dial Up Internet I was curious what still exists. I've found that there is over an estimated 160,000 people still using dial up in the US as their only connection (there are others using dial up as a fallback)

11th day with no internet & no eta thanks to #earthlink #at&t I cannot wait till new fiber company finishes their lines so I can switch. It's shame earthlink is letting at&t drag them down. They need to find new partners. Dunno if I can buy just their email so I'm switching everything to a new one.

If I hadn't already paid for this month, it'd be gone. Cannot wait for the new fiber company to finish installing the lines.

I have #earthlink internet, they use #at&t lines (ugh) Was suppose to have service call today, waited 4 hrs nothing. Supposedly there's an outage but NO ONE from either place called to tell me appt was on hold. It's been out 5 days yet they haven't fixed it. No updates from any f*cking one. USELESS.
