I did this mural shortly after the election last November. The way it rapidly deteriorated, I feel, mirrors the first 2 weeks of this administration. The bottom image is the original. The top image was after a couple of weeks. #eddiecolla #trump #democracy

Streetartwall. A beautiful mural of a young woman was sprayed/painted on a corner of a beige street wall in Paris. The mural is designed with black paint in fine strokes and shows a woman with a black cap on her head, from which individual strands of hair peek out like feathers. Her arms and hands are wrapped in leather straps. Her arms are crossed in front of her chest and her gaze is serious. Above it, in curved white lettering, is written: "Les Saints Oubliés" (in English: The Forgotten Saints), the title of a whole series of murals of this kind.
