Just been supporting my family at the #EdinburghMarathon today. First man ran c 2.22. Interestingly I ran the Ed Marathon in 1982 which was won by Dave Ellis in c 2.22, Lindsay Robertson ran a similar time in 1983 on a harder course, no gels, water from plastic cups and no super shoes. Progression?
