Elias looks up at his older brother. "Mjara? When we leave tomorrow...will it be scary? Father isn't going to be any nicer, is he?" Mjara glances at his baby brother, the young jack he had begged to mentor since he was born. "Ahh, you scared of old Gilvis?" The older viera chuckles, nudging Ellias's shoulder gently. "What?! No! He's--...he's just really-- he's really serious."
"Serious indeed. Gilvis is a tough guy alright, but he's respected out there in the Wood. I'll be your mentor, but he wanted to at least see how you mature in your training, Ellias. That's his way of 'caring' as far as I'm aware," Mjara explains, closing his eyes and enjoying the last of the setting sun's rays on his face. "Don't worry so much! You're gonna do great with me as your mentor."
The smaller viera hums, thinking on that. "Yeah...I guess so. I'm glad I get to hang out with you more, Mjara; you can finally teach me how to read stars and climb the highest trees!" Mjara laughs, watching as the sun dips behind the Skatay mountain peaks. "Yeah, we'll get to that after you get some shut eye. Head back to Mom and say your goodbyes to your sisters, alright? I'll come pick you up with Father in the morning." "Okay, Mjara."
