I changed the Evidence & Epistemology feed to include #evidence and #epistemics for searchability.

I tried searching for #📊 and #🕵️‍♀️ on Twitter and BlueSky. Broken on both!
- BlueSky finds nothing.
- X says "Something went wrong. Try reloading" for #📊, while #🕵️‍♀️ finds things with 🕵️‍♀️ but no #.
