ive wanted to try and read through all of the cosmere books, but ive been intimidated by the size. i also have had the priory of the orange tree and a day of fallen night on my shelves for YEARS but was afraid it would take too long. but no more!!

next year i am focusing on getting through longer, more dense books instead of what i regularly read. i read about 100-120 books a year but it has become a "i must beat the last number" thing and i dont like that, bc it has deterred me from reading certain things.

gisela dealing with people being biphobic was not something i expected from this book, but i am very much enjoying it. as a bi woman, i cannot number the times people (unfortunately usually other wlw) act like im committing a crime for saying i like women, but still also like men.

so i read the southern bookclubs guide to slaying vampires this month and i liked it, but the injustice and the way the husbands treated their wives INFURIATED me and there was never any comeuppance.
