Last week I presented our paper on the inclusiveness of childcare policy (with Gabriela de Carvalho, Adriana Offredi & Margarita León) at my very first conference #ESPAnet2025 in Milan. What a great experience! 🎉
What a week for the project at #ESPAnet2025 where we presented some preliminary findings and much more. Great discussions on welfare states, access to social rights & welfare experiences — thanks to all who engaged with our papers!
What distinguishes social policy scholars from others is our obsession with welfare state regimes. Yes, still! I actually quite enjoyed this roundtable with inspiring perspectives on the topic, relevant also outside the Southern model. #espanet2025
