No, even if the ECR overtake Renew as the third-largest group, this does *not* mean that they will get the HighRep (or any other of the #EUtopjobs).
The Commission needs a majority in the EP, and there is a majority that includes S&D and Renew, but none with ECR.

Yesterday's informal #EUCO meeting did not bring any definitive answers to the #EUtopjobs puzzle.
Over the next week, the political groups in the EP will now reconstitute themselves. The #EUCO will meet again on 27/28 June.

From 13 to 15 June, the #G7 meet in Apulia – an opportunity for the three largest EU countries to reach preliminary agreements on the #EUtopjobs.
Next step: The first decisions at EU level are likely to be made at the informal #EUCO meeting on Monday, 17 June.
