Has anyone reading this ever successfully recovered from #excoriation disorder?

Thank you so much fer this!!!!! I've googled it and found a lot of homework. I suffer from both #Trichotillomania & #Excoriation. I deal (mostly) with the excoriation with fidget spinners, so maybe I c'n use those fer the trichotillomania as well; I need t'look int' #HabitReversalTherapy!
