19世紀にバルバドス島で作られたリキュールとのこと。
サトウキビのお酒に様々なボタニカルをインフューズさせたものと思われパンチのようでありシロップのような捉え方もされる事もあるお酒ですがこちらのファレナムは横浜ジン蒸留所で作られた初めての日本産ファレナム。

ボタニカルはジンジャー/ライム/ローストアーモンド/モラセスなど14種使用。
ソーダやトニック割も良いですがジンジャービア割は爽やか且つスパイシーでお薦め。
またティキカクテルとの相性も良し。
個人的にはプランターズパンチもお薦め。
