It's ironic that there are ranchers with cattle and other livestock who are missing the bigger threat to their industry from not just the regime's Argentina cattle deal but the undermining of the USDA's ability to inspect food for safety. Who wants to eat beef that could make you sick or kill you? Can you tell the difference between Argentinian and American beef? Or between inspected beef and beef not inspected? Or pork, chicken, fish? It won't be on my shopping list. I'm not willing to risk it. Beef prices about to drop too.
Many really can’t see the forest for the trees it seems about the issues with beef and really our entire food supply.
