Very Late Lunch

I have Covid - and am also trying to begin Mindy Peltz's #fastlikeagirl. It's been quite easy to fast while sleeping!

First day out of bed today, tucking into this feast and then back to bed, I think.

Baby steps!

I signed up to the #DrMindyPelz 72-hour #waterfast. I'm half way through! And I did my 7-minute workout. Listen to your body and not what other people tell you to think or feel seems to be the best way forward. Mind you I did work out with my night mask on. #lyndasmith7minutesworkout #fastlikeagirl
