I'm done with the upgrade already. Took about 20 minutes. Shocking how fast that took. And the only issue I ran into was the known Wine issue. But that was easily resolved in order to continue with upgrade by running 'sudo dnf remove wine-core.i686 wine-core.x86_64'.
