First real meal since Boxing Day - air-fried jerk chicken with bacon-wrapped asparagus and some plain boiled rice. Needed some strong flavours as my sense of taste has been dulled by this cold.

I *never* get colds but in the last couple of days have developed a proper trad one with, at intervals, streaming nose, excessive sneezing, lots of coughing. I had to take trad measures against it, the kind someone wrote a poem about.
