#FirstTurkey still under way, with small hiccup when Silver helpfully pitched my basting butter.
Can't blame him, he usually does tidying and had no idea a random measuring cup of melted butter with herbs was in use.

Turkey has been patted down with mixture of herbs, salt and pepper, and a significant amount of broth below it. Innards and neck are in a pot with water and a chopped up onion to make stock.
