On this Thanksgiving eve, having an inner desire to work out each day is just one of the many blessings I thank Father God for. Not sure if 63 degrees on November 26th is a record high, but 63 degress is very nice... I love it!

I completed today's 4 plus mile run in 88 steamy degrees, but it was a must to workout outdoors. During the winter running on the treadmill was my routine. Now that the warm temps are upon us there's nothing like taking in the fresh air.

10 miles on the indoor cycle, 100 jumping jacks & 75 sit-ups. A great way to start the day. I'll run the daily 4 miles this afternoon on the treadmill at the gym. Working out is a way of life and also a way of extending one's life.

Yesterday evening's workout is in the books. 4.58 mi, 49:32 min, 10:43 mpm, 501 cal. Not a fan of running indoors. Appreciate gym convenience & treadmill. Running outdoors is my preference. Love taking in fresh air during the process.

32 degrees outside won't stop this workout. Knocked out 10 miles on indoor cycle along with 50 jumping jacks. I'll run 4 miles on the treadmill this evening. Make it a point to exercise daily. Your body will love you for it.
