#FitnessWankers attempted a pull-up today. The version I did was βpathetic dangleβ. Being serious for a moment, had some pain along the scar - maybe just the damaged nerves but maybe also the wires holding my sternum together complaining.
Anyway. Will leave it a few more weeks.

Hike complete. Only 12 weeks until worlds toughest mudder! With yesterdayβs run I covered 24 miles in 24 hours and feel ok.
